January 2025

Closing another year marked by bloodshed, destruction, human suffering, power greed, and relentless media manipulation, I would like to invite us to take a moment to reflect on the beliefs and narratives we hold—how many of them have been shaped by media and political agendas over the years? Learning to unlearn these influences is a powerful skill toward deeper awareness. It means challenging what feels familiar, facing the discomfort of uncertainty, and identifying biases we might not even realize we hold. Learning to unlearn helps us to question the systems that shape our views and rethink how our positions as individuals impact the world’s fairness, equality, and human rights.

I would like to thank those who have taken the time to reflect, speak up, and keep their voices alive, as their efforts will drive change and hope for a better future.

I wish strength to all who are suffering and hope they find an end to their struggles soon..
